1、外腔半导体激光器论文:光栅外腔半导体激光器的输出特性研究————————————————————————————————作者:————————————————————————————————日期:外腔半导体激光器论文:光栅外腔半导体激光器的输出特性研究【中文摘要】由于外腔半导体激光器(ECSL)的输出激光具有窄线宽、可调谐、频率稳定等突出优点,因而在高分辨率光谱分析、光纤通信、计量检测、生物医学诊断等领域有着广泛的应用前景。本文以光栅外腔半导体激光器为研究对象,首先介绍了外腔半导体激光器的发展状况和
2、应用前景。然后在对半导体激光器和闪耀光栅全面分析的基础上,从强反馈条件下外腔半导体激光器的速率方程出发,对外腔半导体激光器的振荡特性、选模、功率输出、线宽压窄和波长调谐特性进行了分析,并利用Matlab软件和Origin软件对影响Littrow型光栅外腔半导体激光器输出功率和线宽压窄的各种因素进行了数值模拟分析。在理论分析和数值仿真的基础上,研制了单纵模高质量激光输出的光栅外腔半导体激光器,连续输出功率达到180mW(工作电流为400mA),阈值电流由原来的165mA降至118mA。最后用各种方法对
3、实验搭建的光栅外腔半导体激光器的输出特性进行了测试。并重点介绍了线宽的测量方法,最终使用零拍法测得激光器的光谱线宽为20KHz,激光器可以连续输出工作稳定度的激光。【英文摘要】Duetotheexcellentcharacteristicsofnarrowline-width,tunable,frequencystabilityetc.theexternal-cavitysemiconductorlasers(ECSL)havebeenwidelyusedinthefieldsofhigh-reso
