5、ldprovidetri-columnbiomechanicalstability,andithasbeengraduallyidentifiedasaquitehighvalueinclinicalapplication.Thepedicleofvertebralarchisadjacenttovitalneurovascularstructures;therebypediclescrewfixationinthecervicalspinehasbeenconsideredasapotentialriskofinjuryandbeenlimitedin
6、clinics.Thisstudyaimstoreviewthestudiesonthecurrentsituationandprogressofpediclescrewfixationtechniquesinlowercervicaldiseasebyinvestigatingcervicalpediclemorphology,biomechanicalproperty,transpedicularscrewinsertiontechniquesandinternalfixationsystem,computerassistedimage-guided
7、navigation,theindication,contraindicationandcomplicationsofpediclescrewfixation.Thearticleshowsthatpreoperativecarefulevaluationforthemorphologyofthelowercervicalpedicles,usingkindsofnewimageguidedtechniquesandmeticuloustechniquesofscrewplacementinoperationareessentialinreducingo
