1、兰州理工大学毕业设计说明书摘要本文介绍了国内外电子皮带秤的发展情况及其在烟草、冶金、矿业、医药等行业的应用状况及最新动态,分析了电子皮带秤的称重原理,指出了各种皮带秤的优点和不足,阐述了误差的来源及减少误差的方法。选择了适合于烟草行业的皮带秤秤架系统。运用软件工程的设计方法,根据国内外可编程序控制器(PLC)的发展现状和相关的工艺特点,提出了以PLC为主机的电子皮带秤的设计思想及总体要求,分析了动态测量控制系统的功能特性、硬件结构、软件环境及功能扩展性问题。探讨了测控技术的相关理论及实现方法,并结合国内外电子皮带秤的
2、应用实际,将当今先进成熟的变频调速技术、脉冲测速技术、触摸屏技术与PLC融为一体,择优选配了控制主机及系统硬件,设计了一种以PLC为控制主杌的动态测量控制系统,从而使电子皮带秤具有较好的测量、控制性能和较高的工程实用价值,同时也降低了工程费用,提高了系统的性价比。在此基础上,针对原系统存在的操作不便、实时性差等问题。提出了改进方案。实践证明,新方案解决了原有系统存在的问题,有广阔的推广价值。关键词:电子皮带秤称重传感器在线计量硬件设计87兰州理工大学毕业设计说明书ABSTRACTThedevelopingstatUS
