3、示经常或习惯性的动作，句子中常有often,always,fromtimetotime,everyday,sometimes等词。例子：1.Heusuallygoestoworkat7o’clockeverymorning.2.ShehasabrotherwholivesinNewYork.3.Theearthgoesaroundthesun.4.GuangzhouissituatedinthesouthofChina.考点一：表示永恒的真理，即使出现在过去的语境里，也要用一般现在时。Ilearne

5、。Theharderyoustudy,thebetterjobyouwillget.二、一般过去时表示过去某个特定时间发生且完成的动作，或过去习惯性的动作，不强调对现在的影响，只说明过去。常跟明确的过去时间连用，如：yesterday,lastnight,in1984,atthetime/moment,once,duringthewar,before,afewdaysago,when…etc.考点一：usedtodo表示过去习惯做，但现在已不再做的事。区别：be/become/getusedtodo
