1、张华华教授是美国伊利诺伊大学教育心理系、心理系和统计系的终身教授。《应用心理测量》总编，《教育和行为统计》、《教育测量：问题和实践》等杂志的编委会成员。2005年获美国教育部授予的富尔布赖特高级专家奖；2008年被国家教育测量委员会（NCME）授予NCME年度奖；2010年入选AERA会士；2011年，获美国教育研究协会（AERA）D部授予的教育测量及研究方法贡献奖；被推举为国际测量学会后任主席。曾在美国教育考试服务中心（ETS）统计与心理测验研究所担任研究员。张华华教授在学术界和教育评价的实践领域取得了显
