1、钢管内壁防腐施工技术方案Anti-corrosiontechniqueplanofthepipe’sinnerwall1．施工工艺constructiontechnology喷砂除锈检验底漆检验面漆检验喷涂标志出厂Blastcleaning→inspection→primer→inspection→finishingcoat→inspection→sprayingmark→delivery2.喷砂除锈blastcleaning2.1管道内表面高压喷砂除锈达到AWWAC210-97规定要求，表面粗糙度达到40-70µm；Thepipe’sinnerf

2、aceshouldreachtheAWWAC210-97requirementsafterhighpressureblastcleaning,andtheroughnessofsurfaceshouldreach40-70um.2.2除锈后涂装前的管道表面应用高压空气吹除干净，保证管道表面无锈、无尘或其它表面附着物，确保漆膜和钢管表面的附着力。Afterbastingcleaning,thesurfaceofpipesshouldbecleanedwithhighpressureairbeforecoatingtoensurethesurfacen

3、orust,dustandotherssoastokeeptheadhesionofpaintfilmandthesurfaceofpipes.2.3除锈后合格的管道，在4小时内尽快涂装，以防止二次生锈。Thequalifiedpipesafterblastcleaningshouldbecoatedwithin4hoursassoonaspossibletopreventthesecondrust.3.钢管内壁喷涂innerwallspraycoatingofpipes3.1当空气中的相对湿度大于85%、钢管表面温度低与在大气露点以上3ºC时，或

4、高与60ºC时禁止施工作业。室外作业，当风速大于3m/S，禁止施工。Operationshouldbeforbiddenwhentherelativehumidityinairismorethan85%andthesurfacetemperatureislessthan3℃abovedewpointorhigherthan60℃.Thefieldoperationshouldbeforbiddenwhenthewindvelocityismorethan3m/s.3.2内壁防腐选用的是双组分环氧玻璃磷片防腐蚀涂料，配制比例熟化时间应严格按照涂料使用

5、说明书中的规定。Thematerialadoptedforinnerwallanticorrosionistwocomponentsepoxyanticorrosionpaint,andtheconfectproportionshouldconformtothestipulationinthepaintinstructionstrictly.3.3按照设计要求，采用自动高压无气喷涂施工，确保涂装质量，喷涂时，喷嘴轴线与管体角度保持80º-90º，枪口距离管体表面约500-600mm，喷枪移动速度应均匀，保证涂层平整，光滑、均匀、饱满。焊缝两侧150

6、mm范围内，在喷涂时不涂底漆。Accordingtothedesignrequirement,automatichighpressureairlesssprayingshouldbeadoptedsoastoensurethecoatingquality.Whilepainting,thenozzle-axisshouldbekeep80°-90°withtube.Thedistancebetweenmuzzleandtubeshouldbe500-600mm;thesprayingpistolmovingvelocityshouldbeunifo

7、rmtokeepthecoatingsmooth,neat,uniform,satiation.Primershouldnotbecoatedwhensprayingwithin150mmatthesidesofweldingseam.4.成品管养护productiontubecuring完成涂装的成品管，在养期内避免暴晒和雨淋，养护时间一般环境温度在10ºC以下时养护6-10天，20ºC-30ºC时养护5-7天，30ºC以上时养护3-5天。Theproductiontubethathaspaintedshouldpreventinsolation
