1、摘要本设计主要是对余热利用装置的研究,主要内容包括:锅炉的现状;余热锅炉;煤矸砖隧道窑余热利用装置;余热利用装置的设计计算;锅炉的选型。工业上最早使用的是燃煤锅炉,随着全球对环保要求的逐步提高,全国各大中城市和经济发达地区为了进一步改善空气质量,给居民创造一个空气清新、环境优美的生活和工作环境,开始大力开发节能环保产品。此次设计我主要采用了理论分析和热力计算的方法,以及利用AutoCAD绘图来完成的。近年来,随着我国节能型社会国家战略的确立,发展煤矸砖隧道窑余热利用项目越来越多,它是对煤矸砖在隧道窑中
