1、基于微机的高楼供水控制系统设计摘要随着社会的高速发展城市的高层建筑越来越多,高层建筑的供水显得更加重要。高楼供水与人民生活、生产、卫生安全等密切相关。供水系统一旦失控,必将给人们的工作和生活带来麻烦,甚至造成巨大损失。例如压力过高,会导致管路泄露、水源流失;水压过低会导致用户供水不足。因此,保证稳定的压力是很必要的,为此,一套安全、可靠、高质量的生活供水系统供给高层建筑用水己迫在眉睫。随着微芯片技术及变频技术的发展,设备简单、投资少、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强的控制系统将是高楼供水系统研究的方向。本文采用以单片机为核心的
2、交流调压调速控制系统,设计全自动恒压变频交流供水系统,以解决高层建筑供水问题。该系统根据用户用水量的变化,经单片机运算并与给定参数进行比较,随时调节水泵电机转速和水泵开启台数,从而调节供水量,实现恒压变流量供水。本文进行了控制系统硬件和软件的设计,硬件设计部分给出了A/D和D/A转换模块、传感器和放大器模块、电机控制模块、键盘及显示模块等;软件部分设计了主程序模块、检测程序模块、水泵控制程序模块等;最后对系统进行了调试及仿真。关键词:单片机;恒压供水;变频调速;智能控制DesignofaControlSystemfo
