6、钢筋混凝土框架结构,框架柱统一截面尺寸为400mm×450mm,梁截面300mm×400mm、300mm×500mm和300mm×600mm等,楼面铺设180mm厚预应力钢筋混凝土空心板。采用柱下独立基础,尺寸均为2050mm×2050mm,阶梯形;基础埋深为2.0m,下设100厚混凝土垫层;采用现浇混凝土板式楼梯;室外设计地坪标高为-0.45m。二、施工条件概况地形:平坦土质:亚粘土雨季:4-6月份地下水位:最高地下水位位于地面以下2.0m开工时间:2016年7月8日施工工期:275天(根据施工定额)钢筋:由加工厂加工成型后运至现场。混凝土:采用商品混凝土,水电由市区供应。交通:厂可通行车辆
