5、ssignmentforecastmodels,andtestthevalidityoftheimprovedmodelinpractice.1Analysisofclassicmodels1.1ShortcuttrafficassignmentShortcuttrafficassignmentisastatictrafficassignmentmethod.Inthismethod,thetrafficloadimpactinthevehicles’travelisnotconsidered,andthetrafficimpedance(
6、traveltime)isaconstant.Thetrafficvolumeofeveryorigination-destinationcouplewillbeassignedtotheshortcutbetweentheoriginationanddestination,whilethetrafficvolumeofotherroadsinthissectorisnull.Thisassignmentmethodhastheadvantageofsimplecalculation;however,unevendistributionof
