2、。评价结果显示：①自东北振兴战略实施以来，东北地区可持续发展水平逐渐提升；②经济、社会可持续发展态势上升显著，资源环境可持续发展保持相对稳定态势，但波动较大，资源环境并未得到根本好转。因此，从制度建设、区域协作、循环经济、结构调整等方面提出东北地区经济一社会一资源环境可持续发展对策。关键词：可持续发展；东北振兴；东北地区中图分类号：F207文献标志码：A文章编号：1005—8141(2014)07—0797—04StudyonSustainableDevelopmentandCountermeasuresofNortheas
