2、苗生长对光强的适应性。结果表明:低光强下(30%和20%光强)的红锥叶绿素荧光参数FF、F/Fm、F/F。和‘pPSⅡ值均明显高于相同时间段高光强下(全光照和80%光强)的对应值;同一光照强度下的F值,与光照和温度存在相似的变化趋势,1、2月变化最大,其他月份变化比较平缓;FF/F和F/F.值在6—8月份呈波动式下降趋势,说明该季节的光照和温度对红锥幼苗光合作用有一定的负效应;遮荫条件下的红锥幼苗叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素含量均上升,且与全光照条件下差异显著,30%光强下含量最高;类胡萝卜素含量随光强降低,稍下降后呈上升趋势,20%
