2、花期,碱性磷酸酶活性高峰期出现在拔节期;土壤脲酶活性随生育进程整体呈上升趋势,且在扬花期和收获期出现较大值。在旱地小麦的各个生育期,垄膜沟播和平膜穴播2种种植方式较相同施肥量测控施肥的土壤蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均有较大提高,而土壤脲酶活性变化幅度不明显;不同施肥量的测控施肥的3种土壤酶活性较农户施肥均有一定提高,但提高幅度较小;从小麦产量角度看,垄膜沟播和平膜穴播这2种种植方式能有效进行蓄水保墒,从而提高旱地麦田的产量,是小麦增产的重要措施。关键词:种植方式;旱地小麦;土壤酶活性;/b麦产量中图分类号:S512.11文献标识码:A文章编号:10
