1、广东药学院学报JournalofGuangdongPharmaceuticalUniversityAug．2013，29(4)盐酸青藤碱二元醇质体凝胶抗炎镇痛作用及皮肤刺激性研究宋玲，张玲莉，袁李芳(1．湖北省妇幼保健院药剂科，湖北武汉430070；2．武汉大学药学院，湖北武汉430071)摘要：目的考察盐酸青藤碱二元醇质体(SHBE)凝胶的抗炎镇痛效果及皮肤刺激性。方法镇痛作用采用小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法进行考察；建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型，研究SHBE凝胶对模型大鼠足肿胀及滑膜关节组织的影响，评价其抗炎效果；以家兔为实验动物进行皮肤刺激性考察

2、，并与同浓度的SH一元醇质体(SHE)凝胶及普通sH凝胶进行比较。结果与普通sH凝胶比较，SHE凝胶及SHBE凝胶均可显著提高小鼠的热痛阈值，减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数(P<0．05)，并对佐剂引起的大鼠足肿胀关节炎有明显的抑制作用(P<0．05)；与SHE凝胶相比，SHBE的上述效果更明显(P<0．05)；3种sH凝胶在家兔皮肤上均无显著性刺激。结论SHBE凝胶具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用，且无明显刺激性，值得进一步研发。关键词：盐酸青藤碱；二元醇质体；抗炎镇痛；皮肤刺激性中图分类号：R965文献标志码：Adoi：10．3969／j．issn．100
