2、型(等容生理盐水)组、跌打丸(O.28g/)组与接骨木总苷片高、中、低剂量(0.22、0.11、O.06g/kg)组,以药物加入饲料给药,连续36d。骨密度仪测定骨密度(BMD)、骨矿含量(BMC)、骨痂面积(Area),通过x光片观察兔骨折愈合程度。采用小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足肿胀模型观察其抗炎作用,热板法观察其镇痛作用。结果:高、中、低剂量接骨木总苷片可增加模型大白兔BMD、BMC,使模型大白兔骨折断端接近消失,骨膜反应密度加深,骨痂量增多、增深;中剂量组接骨木总苷片可增加模型大白兔Area。高、中、低剂量接骨木总苷片可减轻模型小鼠耳肿胀度,降低模型大鼠足
