1、·22O·AcupunctureResearch,Jun.2013,Vo1.38,No.3项丛刺针法对缺血性脑卒中大鼠脑微循环障碍的影响汪瑛章显宝肖伟王震孔红兵汪节江六顺燕炼钢郭晓利(安徽中医学院附属针灸医院四病区,合肥230061)【摘要】目的:观察项丛刺针法对缺血性脑卒中后遗症期大鼠脑软膜微循环血流量和全血黏度流变学的影响,探讨针刺作用的可能机制。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、西药组、针刺组,每组2O只。采用线栓法阻断大脑中动脉制备大鼠脑缺血模型。针刺组大鼠在成功造模5周后采用项丛刺针法进行治疗,
2、每日1次,共治疗2周;西药组大鼠用尼莫地平灌胃,每日1次,疗程同针刺组。应用激光多普勒血流仪测定大鼠脑微循环血流量,自动血流变测试仪测定大鼠全血黏度。结果:与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠脑软膜微循环血流量显著降低(P<0.01),全血黏度显著增高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,针刺组与西药组均可显著增加大鼠脑软膜微循环血流量和降低血液黏度(P<0.01)。与西药组相比,针刺组效果更显著(P<0.01)。结论:项丛刺针法能显著改善缺血性脑卒中后遗症大鼠脑微循环障碍。【关键词】项丛刺针法缺血性脑卒中脑微循环血黏度【中图分类号】
