2、溪，火针点刺阿是穴，隔日1次，15次为一疗程；药物组采用扶他林乳胶剂涂擦局部，每日2次，连续治疗30天为一疗程。两组分别观察关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、关节功能评分及晨僵时间、关节压痛、关节肿胀等指标。结果：经临床治疗2个疗程后，两组患者关节疼痛评分、关节功能评分及晨僵时间、关节压痛、肿胀等指标与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(均P<0．01)，且针刺组治疗效果明显优于药物组(均P
