1、石油学报(石油加工)2Ol4年8月ACTAPETROLEISINICA(PETROLEUMPROCESSINGSECTION)第3O卷第4期文章编号:10018719(2014)04-0724—06聚胺抑制剂和蒙脱土的作用机理鲁娇,方向晨,黎元生,尹泽群,张喜文(中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院,辽宁抚顺113001)摘要:采用x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)考察了由开环聚合反应制备的聚胺处理前后蒙脱土的层间距、官能团及表面形态的变化,初步确定了聚胺抑制剂和蒙脱土的作用机理。结果表明,聚胺运动黏度为305~1940mm。/s、阳离子度为2.235~4.426mmol/g时
2、,可实现对蒙脱土的有效束缚,可将其层间距由1.572ilm缩至1.361~1.413nIYl范围内;在上述聚胺物性参数范围内,蒙脱土层间距与聚胺的运动黏度关系不大,与聚胺的阳离子度关系极为密切,阳离子度越大,层间距越大。聚胺能够运移至地层发生作用,通过静电引力、氢键作用、锚固作用以及疏水作用等实现对黏土的有效束缚,从而起到良好的井壁稳定效果。关键词:聚胺;页岩抑制剂;层间距;微观形态;作用机理中图分类号:TE254文献标识码:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.1001—87i9.2014.04.023MechanismoftheInteractionBetweenPolyamineIn
