2、iCollegeofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Wuhan430061,P.R.China【摘要】目的:观察电针对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:将72只SD大鼠随机分为4组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组和电针预处理组。采用改良线栓法制备血管性痴呆大鼠模型,观察电针对血管性痴呆大鼠Morris水迷宫的学习记忆能力。结果:模型组大鼠在水迷宫实验中的平均逃避潜伏期延长,与假手术组比较差异具有统计学意义(尸<0.011。经电针预处理后,大鼠平均逃避潜伏期及定位航行试验成
