1、学习借鉴沿海发达城市规划工作先进经验篇一：借鉴外地先进经验实现城建三个提升借鉴外地先进经验实现城建三个提升——赴内蒙古三市区考察学习感想为了进一步搞好我县城市建设工作，最近，我县组织党政考察团专程到内蒙古自治区的鄂尔多斯东胜区、包头青山区和呼和浩特市进行了为期两天的考察学习,所见所闻感受颇深。特别是东胜区的开发力度和气魄、青山区宽敞舒展的街道和环境优雅的住宅小区、呼和浩特经营城市的重大举措和城市建设的步伐都令人折服。近年来，我县城市面貌虽然发生了很大变化，在全省已享有盛誉，并获得了“南有候马、北有怀

2、仁”的殊荣，但走出山西看怀仁，我们感到与先进市县相比还有明显的差距和不足，应该认真学习他们的成功经验，促进我们的工作，把城市建设的加亮丽。具体讲，我认为要实现三个提升：一、提升规划标准organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorganizationofthebasiclevelorganizationsadva
