7、valuationmethodandprocedure(1)review:bytheprojectmanager,projectmanager,functionaldepartmentsandheadsofspecialized前言控制测量学是研究精确测定和描绘地面控制点空间位置及变化的学科。它是在大地测量学基本理论基础上以工程建设和社会发展与安全保证的测量工作为主要服务对象而发展和形成的，为人类社会活动提供有用的空间信息。本次实训则是进行了平面控制测量和高程控制测量（一级导线测量和二等水准测量），尤其是高程控制测量用了精密仪器进行了测量工作。因此，从本质上说，它
