2、)摘要:试验研究了不同比例燕麦草和羊草在短期人工瘤胃中的组合效应,燕麦草与羊草比例分别为:日粮1(1:0),日粮2(1:1),日粮3(0:1)。试验根据燕麦草与羊草不同比例分成三组,并以干物质为基础配制成TMR,利用人工模拟瘤胃装置进行体外培养发酵,分别测定培养1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、10、12、16、20、24、32、36、48、54、60、66、72h的产气量、产气速率,并采取培养2、6、l2、24h的样品,用于测定pH值、NH。一N浓度及VFA浓度,并计算其组合效应。结果显示,日粮2、3在发酵6
