2、87份柿种质资源叶中的维生素C含量进行测定,分析柿种质资源叶维生素C含量的多样性,并对其中15份材料的叶维生素C含量年动态变化进行分析。结果表明:①15份野生和栽培资源叶中维生素C含量随生长时间呈多样性变化;柿近缘种、野柿、甜柿、涩柿品种叶中维生素C含量的变异系数分别为33.21%、18.61%、30.89%、25.30%,含量均值为13.58、10.13、9.98和9.21mg/g;野生资源叶中的维生素C含量从展叶期到落叶期一直保持较高水平。②87份柿种质资源叶中的维生素C含量为1.93~23.91mg/g,变异系数为44.17%,多样性指数为1.96;野
