2、过该方法对抗黄萎病材料S18和易感黄萎病材料P77用高致病菌株侵染,致病性测定结果显示:抗黄萎病材料S18抗性明显高于易感黄萎病材料;生理生化指标测定结果显示:两个品种的可溶性蛋白含量和POD活性变化存在差异,抗病品种的可溶性蛋白含量总体高于感病品种,在黄萎病侵染下,抗病品种S18较感病品种P77POD活性更强。关键词:向日葵;向日葵黄萎病;抗性鉴定法中图分类号:S565.5文献标识码:A文章编号:2096-1197(2017)02-0077-05Identificationofsunflowerverticilliumwiltresistantwithaquantitativemethodf
