2、苷滴眼液，同时服用复方血栓通胶囊，连用30天。对照组单纯激光封闭渗漏点。对两组疗效进行观察并比较。结果治疗后2周，观察组好转率90．5％，对照组好转率61．9％，两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0．03)。治疗后4周、6周观察组治愈率明显高于对照组(P=0．002；P=0．004)，尤其在治疗后4周时差异更加显著。结论视网膜激光光凝联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液、复方血栓通胶囊治疗CSC，标本兼治，大大提高了治愈效果，明显缩短了病程，值得I临床推广。关键词：中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变；激光；七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液；复方血栓通胶囊
