1、针刺研究2012年6月第37卷第3期·233·百会、四神聪穴久留针对高血压患者血压的影响董永书行书丽(河南省中医药研究院，郑州450004；河南职工医学院，郑州450004)【摘要】目的：观察百会、四神聪穴留针法及口服硝苯地平缓释片对高血压患者血压的影响，探讨治疗高血压的更优疗法。方法：将24例高血压痛患者随机分为针刺组和药物组。针刺组选取百会、四神聪穴，针刺得气后留针8h；药物组早晨口服硝苯地平缓释片20mg。分别于治疗后0．5、2、4、6、8h末测量两组患者右上肢血压，对比两组血压情况。结果：针刺组患者2h

2、末收缩压较治疗前明显降低(P0．05)；药物组惠者于0．5h末开始收缩压较治疗前持续下降(P<0．05，Pd0．01)，8h末仍见血压缓慢下降(P<0．01)；0．5h末及8h末针刺组收缩压高于药物组(P<0．01)。两组舒张压均于治疗后2h开始较治疗前下降，且持续到8h(P％0．05，P<0．01)；两组舒张压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论：百会、四神聪穴留针法降低收缩压起效较慢，维持时
