6、lingtogetheranappropriatereviewteam,leadingthereview,anddocumentingtheresults.-Thefacilityproprietaryshallnotallowstartupofnewormodifiedequipment(asmentionedabove)untilaPSSRisconductedperthisprocedureandtheequipmentisacceptedforoperation.6.0ProcedureThePSSRprovi
7、desafinalcheckofnewormodifiedfacilitiestoensurethatalltheappropriateelementsofPSMhavebeenaddressedsatisfactorily,andthefacilityissafetooperatebeforeintroductionofhazardouschemicalstotheprocess.ThePSSRisconductedbyamultidisciplinedteamfamiliarwiththeoperating,mec
