4、atmicroRNAplaysessentialrolesingenefine-tuningandgenecanalization,whichmeansmicroRNAgenecouldbeviewedasaevolutionmarkeramongspecies.ThemicroRNAregulationsystemprovidesanewperspectiveinfindingaproperandeffectivemethodtosomedeadlydiseases.Meanwhile,themicro
5、RNAhasbeenaintriguingresearchareabecauseofitsuniquecharacteristics:itisthefirstandonlyknowneukaryoticgenesbyfarthataretranscribedasapolycistron,whichwasthoughttobeonlyexistinginprokaryoticorganisms.Thishasledtheresearchtoitsgeneclusterlevel.We’vedefinedfo
