2、株c2对蚕沙堆肥腐熟的促进作用。试验组与对照组在堆肥过程中的堆体温度、含水率、总有机碳含量、碳氮比和种子发芽指数等均存在显著差异,添加c2菌株后能够提高堆体温度和延长高温期,有助于降低堆体含水率,促进有机质的分解,增加全氮含量,降低碳氮比和提高种子发芽指数。分别用试验组第l7天、第29天的堆肥处理种子,其发芽指数分别达到53.14%和81.24%,说明第29天的堆肥已完全腐熟。另外,试验组堆体的物理性状明显好于对照组。试验结果表明,蚕沙堆肥添加C2菌株能加快蚕沙的腐熟进程,提高堆肥的质量。关键词纤维素降解菌;C2菌株;蚕沙;堆肥;腐熟度中图分类号Q939.9;X713文献标识码B文章编号0
