1、第24卷第1期黑龙江科技大学学报V01.24No.12014年1月JournalofHeilongjiangUniversityofScience&TechnologyJan.20I4辊子压带式带式输送机的动态特性周广林,韩瑞飞(黑龙江科技大学机械工程学院,哈尔滨150022)摘要:为提高设备运行的可靠性及安全性,利用Pro/E对辊子压带式带式输送机进行建模,通过ADAMS对模型进行不同工况下的动态特性分析。讨论了输送带刚度、阻尼系数、压辊分布、带速以及输送机对辊子压带式带式输送机动态特性的变化规律。分析结果表明,适当的增大输送带的刚度和阻尼系数,可以有效地减小启动过程中
2、输送带的波动幅度;带速的增加,输送机系统的不稳定性增大;输送带的最大张力值与输送量近似成线性关系;输送距离与输送机系统的振动特性关系显著;适当地加大压辊的间距,还可以在一定程度上降低成本。虚拟样机技术对辊子压带式带式输送机进行动态分析的方法是可行的,为高带速、长运距辊子压带式带式输送机的发展提供了理论的依据。关键词:带式输送机;辊子压带式;动态特性;ADAMSdoi:10.3969/j.issn.2095-7262.2014.01.019中图分类号:TD528文章编号:2095—7262(2014)01~0085—06文献标志码:ADynamiccharacteristi
