1、辽宁中医杂志2012年第39卷第8期·1563·慢性肾脏病(CKD4期)中医证治方案临床研究范军，车树强(天津市中医药研究院附属医院肾病科，天津300120)摘要：目的：观察肾衰系列方配合针刺治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD4期)的疗效；制订体现中医特色的治疗方案。方法：采用肾衰系列方配合针刺治疗本病60例，并设对照组，观察两组治疗前后症状变化；肝、肾功能、24h尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白、血红蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及血液流变学的数据变化以评定疗效。结果：治疗组对慢性肾炎疗效显著，总有效率为93．3％，优于对照组46．7％，两

2、组比较有显著性差异(P<0．05)；且治疗组能显著改善临床症状；提高肌酐清除率；降低肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白，升高血红蛋白、血清白蛋白及总蛋白同时改善血流变及胆固醇、血脂指标。治疗前后比较，有显著性差异(P<0．05)，与对照组比较，有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论：本方法对慢性肾脏病(CKD4期)疗效满意、安全可靠，值得临床应用。关键词：慢性肾脏病(CKD4期)；中医疗法；肾衰系列方剂；针刺中图分类号：R692文献标识码：B文章编号：1000—1719(2012)08—1563—05ClinicalRes
