2、炎5例，术后胰漏、胆漏等并发症处理6例。结果30例全部成功置管，其中经胆管穿刺置管引流(percutaneoustranshepaticbiliarydrainage，PTBD)13例，经胆囊穿刺置管引流(percutaneoustranshepaticgallbladderdrainage，PTGD)7例，置中心静脉双腔管10例。无死亡，2例PTBD管因导管滑脱行二次置管成功。结论床边B超引导下经皮穿刺置管引流具有安全、创伤小、操作简便等优点，在肝胆胰外科危急症临床处理中有较大的临床应用价值。【关键词】床边B超；肝
