2、切吸术93例(C组)。结果所有手术均顺利完成，随访1—7年，平均4年，采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评定疗效，经统计学分析：A、B组间差异无统计学意义(P>O．O5)，C组分别与A、B组问比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。3组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论经皮穿刺椎间盘切吸术与臭氧氧化或等离子射频消融术组合使用可提高疗效。关键词：腰椎间盘突出症；经皮穿刺；切吸术；等离子；臭氧中图分类号：R687．3文献标志码：A文章编号：1672—9935(2014)07—0672—03Percutane
