1、·1210·论著临床研究辅助生殖治疗中染色体多态性对妊娠结局的影响吴正沐，陆湘，吴煜，高晓红，程怀瑾上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院辅助生殖科，上海200030[摘要]目的探讨染色体多态性对辅助生殖治疗后妊娠结局的影响。方法对接受辅助生殖治疗的5345对不孕不育夫妇进行外周血染色体检测，对其中3435个周期的助孕过程进行回顾性分析。将发现有染色体多态的患者作为研究对象，并按不同类型分组后与染色体正常群体对照，观察受精率、卵裂率，有效胚胎形成率，累计妊娠率和早期流产率。结果总多态性组、Y染色体变异组、1／9／16号变异组、D／G组变异与正常
