1、312ChinJApplPhysiol,2013,29(4电刺激大鼠皮层桶状区对胆碱乙酰移位酶表达的影响樊红琨,杨春¨,张艳燕,乐小平2,郑春光,师黎,章茜(1.郑州大学基础医学院生理学教研室,2.组织学与胚胎学教研室,3.电气工程学院,河南郑州450001)【摘要】目的:观察电脉冲刺激大鼠大脑皮层桶状区(BC)诱导的转向运动,并观察电刺激后胆碱乙酰移位酶(CHAT)在大鼠Bc区的表达。方法:将大鼠随机分为3组:空白组、对照组、实验组。对照组和实验组大鼠在双侧Bc区埋植刺激电极;术后7d实验组大鼠给予电刺激诱导左右转向
2、运动;连续刺激3d后,取脑行冰冻切片常规HE染色和免疫组织化学染色;并提取3组大鼠海马和脑组织蛋白,用Westernblot方法检测ChAT的表达。结果:给予电脉冲刺激大鼠Bc区,实验动物均出现向左或向右转;HE染色显示电极周围组织没有明显形态学变化。与对照组和空白组相比,免疫组化和Westernblot结果均显示实验组大鼠BC区ChAT阳性的表达率增高。结论:电刺激BC区可诱导大鼠产生特定的方向性运动;且大鼠脑组织中ChAT表达增加,提示胆碱能神经递质参与了感觉.运动皮层之间的信息传递。【关键词】大脑皮层桶状区;电刺
