1、［经典］不同剂量氟比洛芬酯预防异丙酚注射痛的临床观察不同剂量氟比洛芬酯预防异丙酚注射痛的临床观察［摘要］B的：比较注射不同剂量氟比洛芬酯预防异丙酚注射痛的效果。方法:采用随机对照单盲的方法，选择我院择期手术病人200例,ASAI级,随机分为4组,每组50例。A组：1%利多卡因0.5mg■kg-1;B组：1%氟比洛芬酯0.5mg■kg-1;C组：1%氟比洛芬酯1mg■kg-1;D组：生理盐水0.05ml■kg-lo麻醉诱导前1min，均从手背静脉预给药，给药前使该手臂举起15s,然后在前臂近端扎止血带放平，推注60s后松开止血带，以0.5ml・s-1的速
