1、APRIL和XIAP在结肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠黏膜中的表达及意义APRIL和XTAP在结肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠黏膜中的表达及意义[摘要]目的探讨增殖诱导配体(APRIL)和X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在结肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠黏膜组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测结肠癌组织标本60例、结肠腺瘤30例及正常结肠黏膜组织30例中APRIL和XTAP的表达。结果结肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠黏膜组织中APRIL和XTAP的阳性表达率均呈逐渐降低趋势,3组间APRIL和XTAP的阳性表达率比
2、较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结肠癌组织中APRIL的阳性表达与组织分级、淋巴结转移以及浸润程度密切相关(P〈0.01);XTAP的阳性表达与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移以及浸润程度密切相关(P<0.01)。结论APRIL和XTAP的表达增高不仅可能在正常黏膜-腺瘤-癌的病理形成过程中起一定作用,更与结肠癌浸润、转移等恶性生物学行为有密切关系。[关键词]结肠癌;结肠腺瘤;伽疫组织化学;增殖诱导配体;X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白[中图分类号]R735.3+5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721(2014)09(a)-
