2、因素试验研究了所得菌株的抑茵活性成分的发酵制备条件。[结果]初筛获得17株水稻纹枯病的拮抗细菌,复筛获得菌株Lys-67,该茵株的发酵液对水稻纹枯病生长具有明显的抑制作用,菌株Lys-67鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtil~)。经单因素试验,菌株Lys-67利用麸皮5.0%,于35℃、摇床转速200r/min条件下发酵3d,经牛津杯打孔法检测,150txl发酵液中活性成分抑制水稻纹枯病的抑菌圈达36mm。I结论l为茵株Lys-67的进一步研究及生防应用奠定了基础。关键词水稻纹枯病;拮抗茵;筛选;发酵;生物防治中图分类号Q93.3;$435.1l1.
