2、油田储层埋藏浅,储隔层应力差小,给压裂改造带来较大难度,前期采用水平井裸眼管外封隔器压裂工艺,取得了一定的改造成效,但该工艺为预置管柱完井,具有不适应后期改造的缺陷。为解决这一问题,将完井方式变更为套管固井。针对泾河油田储层压裂改造难点,对施工管柱、井口、入井压裂材料、裂缝参数及施工参数等进行了一系列优化,并在JH32P1井进行了速钻桥塞多级分段压裂工艺试验。JH32P1井现场历时4d完成施工,压后钻塞顺利。该井试油期间日产原油14.2t,与邻井相近储层条件采用裸眼封隔器压裂工艺相比,取得显著的增产效果。该工艺在泾
