1、·64·ClinicalRationalDragUse，November2013，Vo1．6No．1lC·论著·针刺结合被动活动训练治疗对偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力的影响杨新贵，秦成功，谈守道【摘要】目的探讨针刺结合被动活动训练治疗对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选取2010年8月一2012年l2月在我院康复医学科住院的患者40例。按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组，每组20例。对照组在常规治疗基础上进行单纯性被动活动训练治疗组在常规治疗的基础上进行针刺结合被动运动训练治疗。针刺1次／(】，被动i)lI练2~L．

2、／d，共观察2个疗程，运用运动评估量表改良巴特尔指数(Barthelindex，Br)，评定两组治疗前后运动功能日常生活活动能力的动态改变。结果治疗前两组患者的BI比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；对照组和治疗组治疗后的BI与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。且治疗后，治疗组BI增加值较对照组大，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论针刺结合被动活动训练能有效改善脑卒中患者的运动功能，提高患者的生活质量，值得推广。【关键词】卒中；偏瘫；运动障碍【中图分类号】R743．22【文献标识码】A【文章编号】
