1、·1184·2014年第22卷第8期ChinaJournalofHealthPsychology2014，V．门诊式与住院式森田疗法辅助治疗抑郁症的对照研究李艳青①【摘要】目的探讨门诊式森田疗法与住院式森田疗法辅助治疗抑郁症的疗效的差异。方法选择来院就诊的抑郁症患者6O例，随机分成门诊森田疗法组和住院森田疗法组各30例。门诊森田疗法组接受药物治疗联合门诊式森田疗法，而住院森田疗法组接受药物治疗联合住院式森田疗法，观察8周，再随访3个月。在治疗前、治疗8周末及随访3个月时分别对两组患者实施汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和健康状况调查问卷(SF一36

2、)来评价患者的抑郁状态和生活质量。结果①治疗8周末及随访3个月时，两组的汉密尔顿量表得分差异均无统计学意义(t=0．02～1．33，P>0．05)；②在健康状况调查问卷中，治疗8周末，门诊森田疗法组患者的社会功能(sv)得分低于住院森田疗法组患者，差异有统计学意义(t=2．19，P<0．05)；随访3个月时，f1诊森田疗法组患者的躯体疼痛(BP)和精神健康(MH)两个维度的得分低于住院森田疗法组患者，差异有统计学意义(t=2．34，2．41，P<0．05)。结论门诊式森田疗法与住院式森田疗法相比，在减轻患者抑郁症状的疗效方面无差异，在改善生活质
