2、DM患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组50例，分别给予门冬胰岛素(诺和锐)和生物合成人胰岛素(诺和灵R)进行治疗。结果：观察组血糖在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、夜间血糖及三餐前血糖四个水平上达标的平均天数明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；在妊娠期观察组发生并发症的人数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：门冬胰岛素的治疗效果在控制血糖和并发症的发生率方面均优于生物合成人胰岛素。【关键词】妊娠期糖尿病门冬胰岛素生物合成人胰岛素并发症Observationonthecurativeeffectsofinsulinaspartandbios
