7、临床病理和影像学证实的Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者96例，定期对其进行血清CEA、CA125水平检测，了解血清CEA、CA125水平与患者预后的关系。结果：96例肺腺癌患者中血清CEA、CA125的总阳性率分别为55．2l％、43．75％，两者联合检测的阳性率为68．75％。其中，远处转移部位数目>2个的患者血清CEA及CA125阳性率均高于转移部位数目≤2个的患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01，P<0．05)。有胸膜转移的患者血清CEA、CA125阳性率均高于无胸膜转移的患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05，P<0．叭)。结论：
