1、·20·现代中西医结合杂志ModernJournalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine2014Jan，23(1)银杏叶提取物联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的研究薛霞，薛红(空军航空医学研究所附属医院，北京100089)[摘要】目的观察银杏叶提取物联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的的效果。方法将糖尿病下肢血管病变患者ll0例随机分为观察组(前列地尔l0g／d静滴4周+银杏叶提取物片80mg2次／d口服l2周)和对照组(前列地尔10I~g／d静滴4周)。记录治疗前及治疗后4周和12周时的临床症状，测定踝肱指数(ABI)和

2、足背动脉血流变化，同时检查血压、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、肝功能、肾功能、出凝血时间等指标。结果治疗4周后．2组患者的I临床症状、ABI值、足背动脉血流峰速和血流量均明显改善；组间比较无显著性差异。治疗l2周时，观察组临床疗效良好，ABI和足背动脉血流动力学监测指标较4周无明显变化；对照组较4周时疗效明显减退，临床表现、ABI、足背动脉血流动力学指标与治疗前均无明显差异。结论银杏叶提取物联合前列地尔可有效改善糖尿病患者下肢症状，扩张血管，且作用持久稳定，不良反应率低。[关键词]银杏叶提取物；前列地尔；糖尿病；下肢血管病变doi：10．3969／j．issn．1008—8849．2014．0
