2、酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)、谷胱甘肽s一转移酶(GSTs)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的变化。结果表明:取食不同化合物诱导的重瓣玫瑰后,双斑萤叶甲成虫AKP活性先升高后降低,ACP活性均受到不同程度的抑制:取食MeJA处理植株的试虫GSTs活性在l~5d显著低于对照;取食JA、MeJA、Z—jasmone处理植株的试虫CarE活性在第1天受到显著抑制。MeJA在第l、3天诱导的植株抗性对试虫CarE活性均有显著抑制作用:JA诱导的植株抗性对试虫AChE活性有短暂的抑制作用。JA、MeJA诱导的重瓣玫瑰对双斑萤叶甲成虫解毒酶有较强的抑制作用关键词诱导抗
