1、广东农业科学2014年第17期l1l饲料糖水平对斑点叉尾触生长和生理机能的影响蒋小珍,张盛一,黄凯,吴宏玉,蒋焕超(1.广西大学动物科学技术学院,广西南宁530004;2.广西水产引育种中心,广西南宁530031)摘要:为了研究饲料不同糖水平对斑点又尾鲴幼鱼生长和生理机能的影响,配制投喂6个糖水平(0、8%、16%、24%、32%和40%)的等蛋白、等脂肪试验饲料,经过90d试验期后发现:(1)随着饲料糖水平的升高,试验鱼的特定生长率、增重率、蛋白质效率呈现出先升高后下降的趋势,饵料系数则呈现出先下降后上升的趋势。(2)饲料糖水平对斑点叉尾鲴肌肉的粗蛋白、粗灰分、水
2、分含量无影响,但对粗脂肪含量有影响,呈现一定的正相关性。(3)血浆葡萄糖浓度、胆固醇含量、甘油三酯含量、总胆汁酸含量等相关血液指标随饲料糖水平变化呈升高的趋势。(4)血浆谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性随摄入饲料糖水平升高而升高,而碱性磷酸酶含量随饲料糖水平的升高呈现先升高后降低的趋势。综合各项研究指标结果认为,在斑点叉尾鲴幼鱼饲料中添加16%~24%的糖含量较为合适。关键词:斑点叉尾鲴;饲料糖;生长;肌肉营养成分;血液指标;酶活力中图分类号:$965.199;$963.71文献标识码:A文章编号:1004—874X(2014)17—01l1—08Efectsofdif
