3、u．cnReceivedMay12，2013；RevisionacceptedFeb．20，2014；CrosscheckedMay21，2014Abstract：Trackirregularitieshaveanobviouseffectontherunningstabilityandridequalityofmaglevtrainstravelingathighspeeds．Wedevelopedameasurementprincipleanddataprocessingmethodwhichwereappliedtothehighspeedmaglevlineoperating．The

4、method，whichincludespartialfiltering，integration，resamplingofsignal，andalowpassButterworthfilter，wasusedtocalculatetheirregularitiesofthemaglevline．Thespectraofthesamplespacewereevaluated．A7-parameterpowerspectrumdensity(PSD)functionoflineirregularitieswasfitted，basedonthemeasureddata．Analysisofthe

5、resultsshowedthatthemaglevstatorplaneirregularitieswerebetterthanconventionalrailwayverticalrailirregularitieswhenthewavelengthwas5一l00m．andworsewhenthewavelengthwas1-5m．ThePSDofmaglevguidanceplaneiregularitieswassimilartothatofcrosslevelGRSHLrGermanrailwayspectraofhighirregnlarity)whenthewavelengt

6、hwas10—100m．Theirregularitieswereclearlyworsethancrosslevelrai1irregularitiesinaconventionalrailwaywhenthewavelengthwas1-10m．Thissuggeststhatshort—wavelengthtrackirregularitiesofamaglcvlinecausedbydeviationandinclinationofthestatorplaneshouldbeminimizedbystrictlycontrollingthemachiningeroroffunctio
