3、u.cnReceivedMay12,2013;RevisionacceptedFeb.20,2014;CrosscheckedMay21,2014Abstract:Trackirregularitieshaveanobviouseffectontherunningstabilityandridequalityofmaglevtrainstravelingathighspeeds.Wedevelopedameasurementprincipleanddataprocessingmethodwhichwereappliedtothehighspeedmaglevlineoperating.The
4、method,whichincludespartialfiltering,integration,resamplingofsignal,andalowpassButterworthfilter,wasusedtocalculatetheirregularitiesofthemaglevline.Thespectraofthesamplespacewereevaluated.A7-parameterpowerspectrumdensity(PSD)functionoflineirregularitieswasfitted,basedonthemeasureddata.Analysisofthe
5、resultsshowedthatthemaglevstatorplaneirregularitieswerebetterthanconventionalrailwayverticalrailirregularitieswhenthewavelengthwas5一l00m.andworsewhenthewavelengthwas1-5m.ThePSDofmaglevguidanceplaneiregularitieswassimilartothatofcrosslevelGRSHLrGermanrailwayspectraofhighirregnlarity)whenthewavelengt
6、hwas10—100m.Theirregularitieswereclearlyworsethancrosslevelrai1irregularitiesinaconventionalrailwaywhenthewavelengthwas1-10m.Thissuggeststhatshort—wavelengthtrackirregularitiesofamaglcvlinecausedbydeviationandinclinationofthestatorplaneshouldbeminimizedbystrictlycontrollingthemachiningeroroffunctio
