1、·论善·JMedRes，Jun2015，Vo1．44No．6胃癌组织中Her一2、VEGF—C的表达及意义王哲近麻忠武陈峰潘步建徐迈宇金肖丹摘要目的检测表皮生长因子受体2(HER一2)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF—C)在胃癌组织中的表达，并分析结果与临床病理之间的关系。方法选取5O例胃癌组织及20例癌旁正常胃组织标本，采用免疫组化方法检测HER一2、VEGF—C的表达，并分析其表达情况及临床参数之间的关系。结果5O例胃癌组织中HER一2、VEGF—C蛋白的阳性表达率为38％(19／50)、48％(24／50)；在胃正常组织中均无表达；HER一2、VEGF—C蛋

2、白表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径、分化程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)；而与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；HER一2与VEGF—C在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0．353，P<0．05)。结论HER一2、VEGF—C在胃癌组织中均存在表达，两者与肿瘤的浸润与转移密切相关。关键词胃癌表皮生长因子受体2血管内皮生长因子c中图分类号R735文献标识码ADoI10．11969／j．issn．1673．548X．2015．06．037ExpressionandSignificanceofHer一2and
