2、平台定期向其或其家属发送微信支持信息，提醒按时服药、疾病相关知识和随访时间等内容，并通过互动交流助其解决实际问题。比较两组患者出院后1、3、6个月和1年后的服药依从性优良率。结果出院1个月时两组患者服药依从性优良率差异无统计学意义(P>O．05)；3、6个月和1年时观察组患者服药依从性优良率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(均P
