7、hroughanewuninterruptedstonepavement,fountainsand‘mega-tree-pots’aroundanewculturalcenterbuilding.Thelatteriscomposedoftwodifferentarchitecturaltypologies,oldandnew,whichworkonasymbioticmannerprovidingtraditionalandtransformablespaces.Undertheseareasandbuildingadouble-deckparkingabsorbsthevehicle
